FAQ
Does it work with Gmail or Outlook?
Yes — Gmail, Outlook, or any mail service with IMAP/API. We can also connect to Intercom, Zendesk, or Front.
Does the agent reply directly to customers?
Configurable. By default, it drafts a reply for you to approve. For simple FAQs (opening hours, order status), it can reply directly with your prior approval.
How do you handle GDPR data?
Emails are processed in transit — we don't store message content. Metadata (category, status) lives in your own Supabase. You own your data.
