SEO pipeline deployed across 26 cities simultaneously

THE SITUATION

A digital agency managing local sites for 26 French cities needed hyper-localised SEO content — at scale. Producing quality content for each city manually would have taken months and cost tens of thousands of euros.

WHAT WE BUILT

We built an n8n pipeline connected to Google Search Console and Claude API. For each city, the pipeline fetches local queries, generates optimised articles, and publishes them automatically to the CMS. Fully configured in one week, running at 7 articles/week per city.

THE RESULT

+340% organic traffic in 3 months. The agency now generates 182 SEO articles per week (26 cities × 7) with zero human intervention. The client has since ordered an extension to 50 additional cities.
