Terms of Service
1. Services
Otomy provides automation systems, IT services, and digital products to businesses. Services are described in detail on individual product pages and confirmed upon purchase or signed agreement.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. One-time purchases are non-refundable once delivery has begun. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are indicated on each service page. Otomy will communicate promptly if any delays arise. Delivery timelines assume timely provision of required access and information by the client.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables produced specifically for them. Otomy retains ownership of any reusable frameworks, templates, or tools developed independently.
5. Limitation of liability
Otomy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered systems.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
